COMMITMENT TO THE UN GLOBAL COMPACT

For the second consecutive year, Command Strategy, an independent consulting firm specialised in financial services, has renewed its commitment to the United Nations Global Compact, which now includes nearly 1300 French companies.

At Command Strategy, we embed CSR at the heart of the firm’s core principles to make it a pillar of the firm’s overall strategy, which aims for performance and continuous improvement for everyone. Indeed, our objective is to develop our CSR policy and to integrate it into the heart of the company’s life, but also in the daily practices of our employees. At CS, we are aware that a global impact is only possible with the involvement of everyone, particularly through everyday actions. This CSR approach is a key element in building our identity.

In order to formalise our actions in terms of CSR, we took the initiative in 2020 to join the United Nations Global Compact. We wish to underpin our commitment and compliance with the ten principles relating to human rights, labour standards, the environment and anti-corruption.

Reminder of the 10 principles of the Global Compact:

  1. Promote and respect the protection of international human rights law
  2. Ensure that they are not complicit in human rights violations
  3. Respect freedom of association and recognise the right to collective bargaining
  4. To contribute to the elimination of discrimination in employment
  5. Contribute to the effective abolition of child labour
  6. To contribute to the elimination of all forms of forced or compulsory labour
  7. Applying the precautionary approach to environmental problems
  8. Take initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility
  9. Promote the development and dissemination of environmentally friendly technologies
  10. Act against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery
